Welcome to the new GBR Race Management website

This site has been created by the RYA (Royal Yachting Association) Race Management Group as a resource for Race Officers and Event Organisers. It is seperate from the RYA Website, and is not under the editorial control of the RYA.

Registration and Login Area

Most of the facilities (Calendar, Documents, Diagrams List of Contacts, etc.) are available to browsers without logging in, the only exceptions being the Message Board, and the RM Opportunities pages. To contribute to the Message Board or to advertise on the Opportunities pages, we need to know who is contributing or advertising, so you have to Register with the site before you can do either of these.

Register by clicking on 'Not Registered?' in the Login/Register Panel, and enter your details - just name and email address - and your initial password will immediately be emailed automatically to you. Just look in your email Inbox, and away you go !

Initial Login & Password

To Login, you need a Login ID and a password. Your Login Id is the email address with which you registered, and the password is automatically emailed to that email address when you registered.

Full details of why and how the password system works are also described in the Login Help Page, available by pressing on the Help Button in the website login panel. Once logged in, you can change your Login Id if you want to something easier to remember. However your original Id will always exist as your default Login Id.

Once Logged in

You can contribute to the message board ( the Race Management Group committee monitor it continuously) and you can ask the experts about Race Management matters.

You can advertise on the Opportunities pages, either as a Race Officer looking for an Event to run, or an Event looking for a Race Officer by clicking on Event Exchange.
